    National Engineers week always falls during CNY winter break so Lockheed Martin sets up projects, lessons and demonstrations at the MOST every year during one of their busiest weeks.

    Students work in the SUNY-ESF Global Environment course and conduct hands-on research at the CERF site in the village of Minoa.     1 day a year 70+ young women from area schools participate and are exposed to engineering.  Supported almost 100% by the many women engineers at LM to demonstrate "this isn't just for the guys".
